Our policy doesn't allow returns of any product selled in website, since we are selling digital products, no physical products. However, we will support you in your payment troubles or in re-sending you your purchased products if needed.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at "email@example.com" with a payment confirmation screenshot and explaining your problem. You will be answered as soon as possible.
Product's download links will be sent to you instantly after purchase, unless PayPal or Bank is unable to confirm your purchase. Until purchase is not confirmed, website will not send you the items.
Normally, payment is confirmed instantly, so if it doesn't get confirmed you will need to wait 24 hours after purchase to confirm your purchase.
